I bought this costume for my son to 13 months of age. It looks exactly like the pictures and is super cute! I chose the size "small" because of what I read in the other reviews. for information, my son is currently 20lbs and 30 inch. I hesitated a lot between S and M (as for size chart). s was just perfect for him (clearly a little large size). otherwise my only real complaint is absolutely not stretch and is a little awkward to get dressed or sit.
